UGALI


(Maize/cornmeal)

Cooking time:         20 minutes

Ingredients
½ pound maize or cornmeal
2 cups of water

Cooking
Bring water to a boil in a pot.
Add maize or cornmeal.
Stir until it makes a heavy paste.
Place on a plate.

Serve with beef or chicken stew and/or steamed veggies: collards or cabbages.
