Ingredients

pound beef red liver
2
medium onions
2
cloves of garlic
1
small lemon
2
tablespoons of parsley or cilantro
1 ½
teaspoons salt

green bell pepper, chopped
Preparation
Clean
the liver.
Chop
the onions.
Squeeze
the lemon.
Crush
the garlic.
Cooking
Put
oil into a frying pan and heat it.
Lower
the heat and add the liver.
Add
garlic.
Cook
until the water of the liver is drained.
Add
salt, pepper, chopped onions and parsley.
Continue
to cook in low heat for another 15 minutes.
Serve
it with either rice or maize/corn meal.
