Preparation
Wash
the cabbage and cut it into small pieces.
Chop
the onions and the tomatoes.
Grate
the carrots.
Cooking
Put
the pan on high heat and add oil.
Add
the chopped onions.
Add
the tomatoes after 2 minutes.
Let
it all cook for a minute.
Add
the cabbage and salt after 1 minute.
Mix
it well.
Remove
it from the cooker after 4 minutes.
Serve
it with rice or maize/corn meal.
