FRIED CHICKEN



Preparation time:   5 minutes
Cooking time:         15 to 20 minutes

Ingredients
6 to 8 chicken pieces (wing, thigh, drumstick, breast)
2 tablespoons of oil for frying
1 ½ teaspoons of salt
2 cloves of garlic

Preparation
Wash the chicken pieces and place on plate to drain.

Cooking
Heat the oil in a fryer to about 350 degrees.
Mix the spices together.
Season the chicken pieces with mixed spices and drop them into the heated oil.
Let the chicken fry until it is cooked.
Remove and let the excess oil drain.

Serve with favorite side dishes.
